PROSPECTS OF CLUSTER INITIATIVES IN RUSSIA AND THE WORLDWIDE IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HIGH-TECH MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

The article presents the results of a retrospective analysis of the collaboration and integration forms of industrial enterprises in Russia and abroad. There were high-tech fields of science and technology priorities for integration defined. A separate group of cluster initiatives in the field of biotechnology, medicine and medical industry were determined, as well as features of their formation, operation and quality management of processes and projects inside integrated structures. It is proposed that clusters as a form of medical industry enterprises (MIE) collaboration, at the stage of the current technological level, will create competitive products and increase the investment attractiveness of the healthcare industry as a whole.

In order to predict the trends of social development, it is essential to evaluate available resources of the national health, comprehend the previous experience, analyze the objective factors, which make impact on the processes of health formation. The state of health of Russian citizens contributes to the health of future generations. Adoption of drastic governmental measures to improve the health of the population is based on the information about the population size, its age, sex and labor potential, needs for health and social care.

Successive realization of the state policy in the field of healthcare, the implementation of federal and regional medical-social programs allowed achieving certain results in maintaining the health of the residents of the Russian Federation, improvement of the health system. There is an increased interest of public authorities, heads of organizations and enterprises of the region in solving problems of health protection of citizens, as the main focus of the activities of the healthcare system is health, and the object is a person. However, despite the measures taken, a number of unresolved problems remains in the healthcare system of Russia.
SPECIAL ASPECTS OF THE DRUG MANUFACTURING IN THE MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS' COMPOUNDING PHARMACIES WITHIN THE LEGISLATION IN EFFECT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Structural and functional changes in a field of medicinal products transacting over the last decades led to a sharp reduction of the manufactured inside the pharmacy products due to the closure of production departments and, in general, production pharmacies in the Russian Federation. According to the data of Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare ('Roszdravnadzor'), the share of pharmacies of state and non-state forms of ownership in medical organizations engaged in the manufacture of extemporal drugs in Russia is 6% of all pharmacies.
POLICY OF THE ACCOUNTING AND ANALYSIS OF THE CAUSES OF MATERNAL AND INFANT MORTALITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Maternity and child welfare service is one of the main directions of the state and social policy of the Russian Federation. In order to ensure the proper control, statistics containing data on maternal and child mortality are annually collected and analyzed. The statistical form number 32 and 232 shall be provided by medical organizations providing obstetrical and gynecological care during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period (maternity hospitals, perinatal centers, medical organizations that include women's clinics, obstetrics and gynecology offices, maternity wards and chambers etc). The above forms were introduced in 1984, although significant changes were made in the past time range.
