MATERNITY OBSTETRIC SERVICE INDICATORS IN RUSSIA IN 2006-2013 YEARS

The relevance of the analysis of indicators of maternity obstetric service, which is a kind of tool for shaping the health of the population, not only now, but also for the future is not in doubt. Objective: To analyze the maternity obstetric service indicators in Russia in dynamics for 2006-2013 years, according to official statistics. The number of births in Russia has increased during the period of study for 27.7%, and was higher than the level of 1991, from 2012. Analysis of data on the incidence of pregnant women found that its high level saves over the last six years (about 80%). At the same time there is a decrease incidence of anemia among pregnant, extragenital diseases and preeclampsia. Violations of labor, despite the decrease in their frequency of 18.4% in 8 years, continue to be in 2013 high - 99.5 for 1000 labor. The frequency of bleeding during childbirth has decreased during the observation period by 17.7%, the number of bleeding in the 3 period of labor and the postpartum period decreased, whereas because of the detachment and placenta previa - increased. The number of caesareans has increased over 8 years for 37.7%. Analysis has shown favorable trends reproductive situation in the country - an increase in the number of births, the decline of reproductive losses, some complications of pregnancy and childbirth. But at the same time a high level of controlled disease in childbirth (bleeding, sepsis) determine ways to improve maternity obstetric service.

THE ABORTION PROBLEM IN RUSSIA IN 2008-2013 YEARS

The urgency of the problem of abortion in Russia is determined by its medical and social significance in connection with a high prevalence, significant contribution to the performance of reproductive losses, maternal mortality and gynecological morbidity. Objective: To analyze the dynamics and structure of abortions in Russia for 2008-2013, according to official statistics. For the period 2008-2013 the total number of abortions decreased by 28.7%. During the discribed period the number of registered illegal abortions has decreased - by 92.8%, on the second rate of decline - abortion for social reasons - by 94.1%, on the third place - abortion for medical reasons, the number of which decreased by 46.3%, the number of medical abortions decreased by 39.8%, the number of unspecified abortions decreased by 42.1%, the number of spontaneous abortions decreased by 6.8%. Despite the decline in the number of abortions their level remains high and is accompanied by adverse changes in their structure, in which the proportion of spontaneous abortion increased. While the percentage of miscarriage is about 10% of pregnancies ended by childbirth, indicating an increase its prevalence in the population - as the main marker of damage to reproductive health of women.
